Franco Conquista was born in italy and from a young age pursued his passion for music and dance.

In 2009 Franco moved to London to undertake professional dance training, graduating with a BA Hons degree from The Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. Alongside his professional dance career, Franco has gained vast experience in the field of fitness and choreography. He has taught dance and choreographed both in the UK and Internationally.

Bounce DanceFit is Franco’s new venture into the world of dance fitness as he brings alive his fresh collaboration of fitness and dance. This up and coming programme has gained an overwhelming response from fitness lovers all around London and the UK with international training courses scheduled for France, Denmark, Poland, Italy and Sydney.
